OMG I had no idea their feet were so BIG! No wonder they can dig through the entire yard and garden in no time flat. I guess I've seen voles, never moles, and certainly never close up. Good pics! My Dad used to relocate such creatures to the forest - because they tore up his foundation as well as everything else in their burrowing frenzies. Just a thought. Glad everything is good - gardening should start soon!!
The Helpful Gnome is a small homesteading farm on the west end of Bloomington, Indiana. The Helpful Gnome was purchased on February 26th 2009 and named on March 5th. Currently we have two cats, one dog, twenty five chickens, and two large garden plots. We're interested in living a sustainable and holistic lifestyle.

On second thought, are you sure those aren't radiated freaky moles with mega-feet? Just sayin'.

I admire your heart, but even this veterinarian would have killed them, dad
ReplyDeleteWow! Thank Goodness you're not my veterinarian.
